- Minimum 1-3 years of pest control sales experience or equivalent
- (other sales experience may be considered).
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- The ability to pass a background check and drug test.
- Physical ability to move constantly access attics or crawl spaces.
- Self motivated and driven to achieve sales goals.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service.

- Pest Control experience preferred.

- Customer Relations:
- Complete indoor and outdoor home/commercial inspections.
- Explain findings and recommend solutions to pest/termite control
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide exceptional
- Maintain accurate sales records and follow up on leads.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service delivery.
