We are searching for a skilled AI Solutions Architect with 2-6 years of experience a technical problem-solver who thrives at the intersection of engineering product and customer enablement.

This is a hands-on impact-driven role focused on designing scalable AI workflows improving internal systems and bringing new use cases to life across multiple industries. Youll collaborate across Product Growth Sales and Marketing while also serving as a customer-facing advisor capable of translating business needs into practical AI-powered workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Candidates must demonstrate experience and confidence in the following areas to be considered:

Design & Deploy AI-Powered Workflows

• Architect AI-driven workflows for internal teams and external customer use cases.

• Develop templates playbooks and frameworks that support repeatable scalable deployment.

Operationalize AI Solutions

• Build refine and maintain the delivery playbook for AI implementation and resource allocation.

• Automate internal processes and customer workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Growth Marketing Sales and Product to co-create use cases solution architectures and implementation roadmaps.

• Translate technical capabilities into business value for customers and internal stakeholders.

Performance Tracking & Optimization

• Define and monitor workflow effectiveness SLAs and customer outcomes.

• Recommend technical and operational improvements based on real-world usage and data.

Customer-Facing Technical Advisory

• Serve as a trusted consultant helping customers adopt and scale AI workflows within their operations.

• Troubleshoot issues refine prompts or models and guide customers on best practices.

Preferred Qualifications Strongly Emphasized

To garner an interview candidates should meet or exceed the following:

• 2-6 years of experience in data science software engineering solutions architecture or similar technical roles
  (This is a junior/mid-level role senior-level applicants will not be considered.)

• Demonstrated experience automating workflows and optimizing operational systems

• Familiarity with LLMs prompt engineering embeddings and modern AI applications

• Comfort with coding fundamentals in Python JavaScript or similar languages

• Ability to clearly communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences

• Proven success operating in a startup environment: fast-moving adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity

• Experience using workflow and automation tools such as Linear Airtable Asana Zapier or similar (preferred)

Candidates with a strong mix of technical fluency customer orientation and process-building experience will stand out immediately.
