Support hiring processes and smooth onboarding transitions

Contribute to retention engagement and workforce planning initiatives

Required Background
-
3 years in an HR Generalist or broad HR role
-
Hands-on experience supporting U.S.-based employees

Working knowledge of employment laws policies and HR operations

Experience operating independently in a remote setup

Clear written and verbal communication

Strong documentation and follow-through
