Salary Range: $142000 - $193000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

Manage all daily plant operations to ensure production targets quality standards and safety protocols are met.
Develop and implement operational strategies budgets and resource allocation plans to optimize plant performance.
Lead mentor and develop plant staff fostering a culture of accountability continuous improvement and teamwork.
Ensure strict adherence to all health safety environmental and regulatory compliance requirements.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) to enhance efficiency reduce waste and improve product quality.
Oversee maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) analyze data and report on plant performance to senior management.

Recommended Qualifications

Minimum 7-10 years of experience in manufacturing operations with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership or management role.
Proven track record in P&L management budgeting and cost control within a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding and application of Lean Manufacturing principles Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to lead mentor and develop large diverse teams to achieve operational excellence and safety goals.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering Operations Management Business Administration or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
Proficiency with advanced ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle)
Experience implementing Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g. automation IoT)
Bilingual proficiency (e.g. Spanish)
