ResponsiblefordirectcontactwithStateInsuranceDepartmentsandInterstateCompactforthepurposeofobtainingapprovaloffilingsasexpeditiouslyaspossible.
EnsuresaneffectivelevelofcollaborationandcommunicationwithProductServicesManagerandProductServicesAnalysttosecureinformationnecessarytocompleteafilingorrespondtostateobjections.

Obtainscopiesofstatutesandregulationsthathavebeenreferencedinstateobjectionsanddistributestoresponsibleparty.
ResponsibleforreviewingandfinalizingresponsesreceivedtoStateobjectionswithappropriateattachmentsforsubmissiontotheStateandInterstateCompact.
CommunicatesStatespecificupdatesandfilingstatuswithinternalbusinesspartners.
Completesclose-outoffilingsinaccordancewithestablishedStateFilingprocedures.
AssistsingatheringinformationanddocumentationinresponsetoMarketConductExamsClaimsRequestsandInternalAudits.

- 3-5yearsSERFFFilingexperience
- KnowledgeofStateFilingrequirementsrequired
