Compensation: $160K - $200K base $1015K bonus 0.25% equity

Youll work directly with the CTO take on complex engineering challenges and help shape the architecture of an advanced AI connectivity platform.

What You Will Do

Lead backend development in Python for production-grade systems.

Work with geometry spatial and simulation data including GPU-accelerated workloads.

Contribute to frontend components using React TypeScript.

Collaborate on LLM/AI workflows data pipelines and internal tooling.

Take full ownership of backend components and evolve into the backend lead.

Ship fast iterate quickly and work closely with founders in a high-energy deep-tech environment.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience

5-10 years of engineering experience (or exceptional 3 years).

Strong Python backend engineering background.

Comfortable contributing to full-stack development (React TypeScript).

Prior experience in Seed or Series A startups requires understanding startup pace ambiguity and ownership.

Education

Degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering (required).

Technical Skills

Python (primary)

Geometry/spatial/simulation data exposure

React TypeScript

Cloud CI/CD DevOps familiarity

GPU workflows (nice to have)

Large datasets distributed systems or developer tools background (strong plus)

Mindset

Fast learner gritty self-directed and hungry to build.

Comfortable owning problems end-to-end not waiting for a Jira ticket engineer.

Engaged collaborative and energized by tough technical problems.
