Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a skilled nursing facility in Lenox MA. This permanent 30-hour-per-week role includes weekend coverage and offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on residents communication and swallowing abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform evaluations of speech language cognitive-communication and swallowing function
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide therapy to improve communication skills and manage dysphagia
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team
Maintain accurate timely documentation
Educate residents and families on therapy strategies and goals

Qualifications:

Active MA SLP license
SNF experience preferred but not required
Strong clinical communication and documentation skills
