Pay Range: $44$55 per hour
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a skilled nursing facility in Great Barrington MA. This is a full-time permanent position (40 hours/week) where you will play a vital role in enhancing communication and swallowing outcomes for residents.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments of residents speech language cognitive-communication and swallowing function

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
-
Provide speech language cognitive-communication and swallowing therapy
-
Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary care team (nursing OT PT dietary etc.)

Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress notes
-
Educate residents and their families on therapy goals strategies and home exercise or communication plans
Qualifications:

Active MA SLP license (or appropriate state licensure/certification)

Prior SNF experience preferred but not required

Strong assessment communication and documentation skills

Ability to work effectively within a long-term care team-focused environment
