Required Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification OR Masters degree in ABA coursework
Knowledge of ABA and DTT is required
Valid drivers license and a reliable form of insured transportation
Must possess excellent leadership interpersonal problem-solving and time management skills
Proficiency in written and spoken English; Fluency in a foreign language is a plus
Aptitude to engage in higher-level management functions when required
Ability to communicate with team members routinely regarding schedules and clients changing needs
Bilingual/Multilingual candidates have an opportunity for increased base pay
Duties will include:
Design and implement individualized treatment plans behavioral support plans and strategies
Develop new programs and perform ongoing adjustments to current programs as needed
Collaborate with the treatment team (director parents and other support network) to review case progress
Provide training supervision and support for clinicians and therapists in all policies and procedures
Communicate with funding sources regarding client progress reports meetings authorizations etc.
Maintain caseload of billable hours in addition to supervisory duties
