Client Success Manager (Executive-Level Hybrid Role)

The #1 Trusted Swim School in Charleston is seeking an experienced executive-level Client Success Manager to join our leadership team.

This role requires a highly organized professional with proven administrative experience who will work very closely with the Director of Operations and CEO/Founder to oversee client experience internal coordination and day-to-day operational support. This is a hybrid position combining remote administrative leadership with in-water swim instruction when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage client registrations and onboarding
Serve as a primary point of contact for families; answer phones and resolve issues professionally
Provide direct administrative and operational support to the Director of Operations and CEO/Founder
Coordinate closely with Swim Instructors to ensure smooth daily operations
Maintain accurate records schedules and internal documentation
Step into swim instruction and in-water support when needed (training provided if required)
Uphold and represent the mission values and standards of LowCountry Swim School

Qualifications:

Required: Prior administrative and executive support experience
Strong leadership communication and decision-making skills
Exceptional organization and time management abilities
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Confident professional presence with families staff and leadership
Swimming experience preferred; willingness to teach and be in the water required

Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

LowCountry Swim School (LCSS) teaches swimmers of all ages and abilities to swim safely confidently and skillfully. We offer youth lessons adult stroke clinics competitive swim training and specialized Adaptive Swim programs for individuals with disabilities. Our certified instructors focus on safety technique and confidence helping every swimmer achieve their goals in a supportive fun environment.

Member schools are independently owned and operated. Your application will go directly to the member school and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this school. All inquiries about employment at these schools should be made directly to the school location and not to US Swim School Association.
