Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Technical Specialist / Oracle SCM Technical Project Manager with strong expertise in Oracle Cloud SCM modules PaaS integrations and end-to-end project leadership. The ideal candidate will lead integration initiatives oversee technical solution design and manage large-scale Oracle SCM projects involving OM PO Procurement Inventory and related SCM functions. This role requires strong technical depth in OIC hands-on project management experience and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across engineering business and vendor teams. Candidates must be able to work in Eastern Time Zone business hours.

Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle delivery of Oracle Cloud SCM programs including planning execution and implementation.
Design develop and implement OIC integrations using PaaS components adapters and transformation tools.
Provide technical oversight for Oracle SCM modules (OM PO Procurement Inventory) ensuring scalable and high-performance solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements troubleshoot issues and drive successful delivery.
Develop project plans manage timelines allocate resources and proactively mitigate risks.
Communicate program updates risks and dependencies to business stakeholders and executives.
Conduct system monitoring upgrades patches and ongoing maintenance for OIC environments.
Identify opportunities for process improvement using Oracle SCM capabilities and automation.

Required Qualifications

Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and PaaS components (Application Integration Process Automation Visual Builder).
Deep technical knowledge of Oracle Cloud SCM modules: Order Management Procurement Inventory Logistics or Manufacturing.
Proven experience in technical project management program leadership and stakeholder management.
Experience with Oracle EBS/Fusion SCM integrations and legacy-to-cloud migration.
Strong understanding of integration patterns mapping/transformation and OIC adapters.
Excellent problem-solving communication and team collaboration skills.
Oracle Cloud SCM certifications preferred but not mandatory.
