Job Description

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Specialist with strong hands-on experience configuring customizing and supporting ServiceNow modules. The role involves gathering requirements translating them into ServiceNow solutions resolving issues integrating workflows and ensuring smooth platform functionality. The specialist will work independently communicate clearly with stakeholders and deliver high-quality work within tight timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into ServiceNow solutions.
  • Configure customize and implement ServiceNow modules as needed.
  • Identify troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
  • Communicate progress risks and solutions clearly and consistently.
  • Deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision and within strict deadlines.

Required Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules (ITSM ITOM CMDB etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript GlideScript and ServiceNow APIs.
  • Expertise in workflows business rules and ServiceNow configurations.
  • Experience integrating using REST/SOAP.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working independently in agile environments.
