About the Role
Envoy Recruitment is seeking an experienced Cath Lab Nurse Manager to lead clinical operations staff performance and patient care delivery within a high-performing Cardiac Catheterization Lab.
In this leadership role youll oversee day-to-day operations ensure adherence to clinical standards support departmental growth drive quality outcomes and partner closely with the Director of Cardiovascular Services on strategic initiatives. This position plays a major role in ensuring safe efficient and exceptional care for cardiovascular patients across the procedural environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operational & Clinical Leadership

Oversee patient care delivery and workflow across Cath Lab procedural areas

Ensure all clinical standards protocols and regulatory requirements are consistently met

Lead staffing scheduling onboarding and ongoing staff development
-
Support accreditation policy compliance and safety initiatives
Strategic & Financial Oversight

Assist the Director of Cardiovascular Services in setting strategic goals and service-line priorities
-
Participate in annual budgeting cost control and financial reporting
-
Drive quality improvement and oversee all quality reporting functions
Team Development & Performance Management
-
Provide mentorship coaching and leadership to nursing radiology and procedural staff

Conduct performance evaluations and competencies
-
Foster a collaborative high-performance Cath Lab culture
What You Bring
Education
-
Graduate of an accredited Nursing program (Associate or Bachelors required)
-
Bachelors degree required; BSN preferred
-
For RCIS or RTR pathways: Bachelors degree required
Experience
- 3-5 years of acute care experience including: Minimum 2 years in Cath Lab or specialty area Management or leadership experience required
Licensure & Certifications
-
Active Multi-State RN License (or must obtain within 30 days if relocating from another compact state)
-
AHA BLS (required within 7 days of hire)
-
AHA ACLS (required during orientation)
-
RCIS or RTR preferred
-
SCRQSA Certification required within 30 days
