This is a hands-on role where the Account Executive will own the full sales process from first contact through to close while building long-term customer relationships.

The role
The Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle end to end. Responsibilities include:
- Sourcing and qualifying new opportunities through outbound and inbound channels
- Booking and delivering product demos to a range of B2B prospects
- Running discovery calls and managing deal progression
- Negotiating and closing new business
- Keeping pipeline activity and forecasts up to date in the CRM
- Building strong relationships with customers after the sale
- Working closely with marketing and product teams to improve messaging and sales processes
- Improving outreach demos and sales materials over time
- Attending events or client meetings when required
The sales team works to a structured sales process so experience with qualification frameworks is useful.
What theyre looking for
- 2 years experience in a full-cycle B2B sales role
- Experience selling software or technology
- A track record of hitting or exceeding targets
- Comfortable speaking with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong discovery communication and closing skills
- Organised and confident managing a full pipeline
- Experience using a CRM and LinkedIn for prospecting
- Someone who enjoys building long-term customer relationships
Experience selling into property real estate or similar sectors is helpful but not essential.
