The Role
We are looking for a dedicated Senior Embryologist to work as an integral part of our Embryology Laboratory team to provide fertility services and treatments to our diverse patient population. You will join a collaborative team of specialists working at the forefront of reproductive medicine. You will report directly to the Laboratory Manager.

Key Responsibilities
All clinical embryology work including egg collections IVF ICSI embryo assessments oocyte and embryo cryopreservation by vitrification and all andrology work including semen assessments semen preparation and semen cryopreservation.
All administrative duties associated with the laboratory.
Quality management duties associated with the laboratory including audit.
Collaborate with doctors nurses and support staff to provide optimal patient care
Contribute to clinic protocols and quality improvement initiatives.
Participate in patient education and counselling.
Opportunity to engage in clinical research and publications.
Qualifications & Experience
Higher degree in Reproductive Science or similar
Embryology training completed ACE certificate or STP
Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) registration as a Clinical Scientist
Certified ICSI practitioner
Certified biopsy practitioner
Experience with the latest assisted reproductive technologies
Track record of clinical excellence and patient satisfaction
Evidence of continuing professional development
IMSI time lapse microscopy and AI is experience is an advantage
Minimum of 3 years clinical embryology experience (UK/EU/US experience is preferred)
Evidence of your previous individual lab KPIs will be required.
