We are a fast-growing London property services provider looking for reliable subcontractor engineers/handymen for reactive maintenance and small works across residential and commercial sites. You must have your own vehicle and tools.
Typical jobs
Minor plumbing (leaks taps toilets) basic electrical (non-certified tasks) carpentry patch/paint fixtures
Door/lock issues snagging basic fault finding
Emergency call-outs (optional paid accordingly)
Requirements
Own vehicle basic tool set (required)
Proven maintenance/handyman experience
Clear communication and professional on-site behaviour
Right to work in the UK
Public liability insurance (or willing to obtain)
