Job Summary

Position: Project & Branch Operations Manager

Region: Johannesburg

Package

CTC between R65000 and R80000 per month depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day branch operations
Manage and monitor projects from initiation to completion
Ensure compliance quality and on-time delivery of projects
Supervise and coordinate staff subcontractors and consultants
Maintain strong client relationships and service standards
Ensure compliance with industry standards legal regulations and safety requirements
Prepare and manage budgets schedules and performance reports

Requirements

5-8 years of project or operations management experience
Construction experience essential; fire protection experience preferred
Relevant qualification in Management or Project Management
Proven success working on large-scale projects with major contractors or consultants (e.g. WBHO)
Own reliable vehicle
Clear criminal record
Strong references confirming career history and achievements
