Job Summary

Were hiring Arabic-speaking Marketing Customer Support professionals (Egypt Jordan UAE dialects). This role is ideal for candidates with a background in digital marketing and paid campaigns who enjoy working with advertising platforms and supporting clients.

Youll support clients using digital advertising solutions assist with campaign-related queries and provide high-quality customer support while ensuring a smooth and professional experience.

Requirements:

Fluent in Arabic (Egypt Jordan or UAE) and English
Mandatory experience in paid campaign management
Degree in Marketing or a related field preferred
Previous experience in Digital Marketing
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and basic digital advertising concepts
Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
Portuguese Residence Card

Conditions on offer:

Base Salary (x14 times) and bonus

On-site position in Lisbon

Working hours:

You will start with a 12-hour coverage schedule. Monday to Sunday between 07:00 and 19:00 with two shifts: 7:0016:00 or 10:0019:00 (rotational).

At a later stage (to be confirmed by the client) the project may move to a 24/7 rotational schedule including weekends with 2 rotating days off.
