Job Summary

A leading international law firm is seeking an experienced Professional Support Lawyer to support its Debt Finance practice across Asia. This role will appeal to a senior lawyer with deep experience in leveraged finance real estate finance and broader banking work who enjoys shaping knowledge strategy driving innovation and helping feeearners deliver consistent marketleading advice. You will play a central role in keeping the team informed on legal and market developments enhancing precedents and knowhow and ensuring the firms lawyers have the tools insight and training needed to work efficiently across complex crossborder financing transactions.

The position combines technical excellence with thought leadership and project management. You will design and deliver training respond to technical queries manage the development of forms and guidance materials and collaborate closely with global teams involved in research practice technology and innovation.

The PSL will also monitor shifts in the regulatory and commercial landscape contribute to client updates and internal publications and support strategic initiatives that strengthen the firms debt finance capability and profile across the AsiaPacific region. Real estate finance expertise is particularly valued and applicants should bring at least seven years of postqualification experience from a major law firm or financial institution and be qualified in either Hong Kong or Singapore.
