Job Summary

As an Inside Sales Executive your typical day may include the following:
- Create and maintain a database of potential customers
- Perform research to identify key contact person within a target organization (B2B marketing) through: Google research LinkedIn research initial cold calling
- Conduct cold calling to explore sales opportunities and book in demos for sales team
- Deliver sales demos of software solutions
- Negotiate and close business deals
- Perform client on-boarding and training
- Manage and resolve customer requests and claims promptly with relevant parties
Qualifications:
- A Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or any related field
- Demonstrable software sales experience preferably for a board management solution
- Commercial awareness of mobile and digital products and SaaS
- Ability to build rapport easily and strengthen relationships
- Natural people skills in engaging mid-level to C-suite directors
- Must have a global perspective and be able to work in a multi-cultural environment
- Must be fluent in local language (Malay/Bahasa Indonesia)
