Job Summary
At LCRA we are seeking to find a motivated Facility Maintenance Technician to support a variety of maintenance related tasks and projects! This role involves contributing to daily assignments focused on the maintenance and safety of our buildings and grounds with a strong emphasis on adhering to safety procedures. Customer service and communication with building tenants are core values in this position. This is an opportunity to develop competence by performing structured work assignments mentorship and direction from leadership and/or subject matter experts. Join our team as we continue to support a vital function on the facility team!
You will be trusted to: - Regularly inspects buildings garages and grounds for damage debris lights out etc. |
You qualify with: - Zero or more years of experience in building grounds maintenance or other relevant experience. You are a great fit with: - Experience in Drywall repair and/or painting |
