Job Description:
As a Finance Analyst at you will work directly with the CFO to scale the finance function of a high-growth fintech. You will take ownership of monthly reporting revenue recognition and strategic FP&A processes. This hands-on role is essential for driving accurate financial insights and supporting executive decision-making during a critical growth phase.

What you will do:

Manage the preparation of monthly management accounts revenue recognition and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure impeccable financial controls.
Drive the annual budgeting and forecasting process developing sophisticated financial models to support scenario analysis and business planning.
Lead day-to-day finance operations including cash flow monitoring treasury management and coordinating with external payroll and tax partners.

The ideal candidate:

A part-qualified or newly qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with 23 years of experience in accounting audit or a similar finance role.
Advanced Excel power user with a strong grasp of accounting fundamentals and experience using modern ERP systems like Xero.
A proactive problem-solver with a background in fintech or regulated scale-ups who thrives in fast-paced evolving environments.
