Job Summary
We are looking for a Power BI and Automation Analyst who can build insightful dashboards automate business workflows using Power Automate and support/enable operational processes using ServiceNow. Youll work closely with business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into analytics and automation solutions while ensuring data accuracy usability and adoption.

Key Responsibilities
Develop maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards/reports (DAX data modeling visuals performance tuning).
Connect and transform data from multiple sources using Power Query ensuring data quality and refresh reliability.
Design and implement workflow automations using Power Automate (approvals notifications data sync integrations).
Work on ServiceNow tickets/requests collaborating with stakeholders to resolve issues and support service operations.
Prepare executive-ready deliverables and updates using Excel and PowerPoint (analysis storytelling presentations).
Gather requirements document solutions and support UAT deployments and post-go-live enhancements.
Maintain solution documentation access controls and basic governance practices for reports/flows.
