What You Will Get To Do:
- Partner with sales leadership to develop go-to-market strategy territory planning and quota setting
- Support sales leadership on forecasting pipeline management KPIs performance management Go-To-Market & Quarterly Business Review meetings
- Analyze sales performance metrics and trends and generate actionable insights
- Create and maintain sales dashboards and reports for leadership review
- Identify gaps in sales processes and sales operations processes to recommend improvements
- Lead initiatives to automate and streamline sales operations
- Act as the point of contact for resolving operational issues impacting the sales team
- Collaborate with Incentive Finance Operations Data Optimization other divisions/departments to get tasks done and build cross functional relationships
What You Will Bring:
- 57 years of experience in sales operations revenue operations or sales analytics preferably in a software/SaaS company
- Expertise in using SFDC CRM. Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau).
- Ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Familiarity with software sales cycles especially SaaS or B2B.
- Detail-oriented with a process improvement mindset
- Directly manage and coach a Sales Operations Analyst
