Job Summary:

Senior Helpers of Central Pennsylvania is seeking a motivated professional to join our team as a Strategic Partnerships & Sales Representative. Reporting directly to the Director of Strategic Partnerships this role is responsible for driving new business growth and strengthening referral partnerships by building relationships with hospitals senior living communities rehabilitation centers physician practices and other healthcare providers. You will represent Senior Helpers at networking events community gatherings and industry trade shows while also conducting outreach and follow-up to ensure lasting connections.

The ideal candidate is motivated results-driven and competitive with existing relationships in the senior care ecosystem or the drive to build them.

Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Maintain a clear understanding of Senior Helpers services programs and differentiators to accurately represent the company.
  • Follow established sales processes and best practices to ensure consistency and professionalism in all outreach activities.
  • Identify and prioritize target referral sources including hospitals rehabilitation centers senior living communities (independent living assisted living memory care skilled nursing) physician practices respite care hospice home health agencies and related healthcare providers.
  • Conduct proactive outreach through a mix of emails phone calls social media and in-person drop-ins.
  • Schedule and lead introductory meetings with referral partners to build relationships and educate them on Senior Helpers services.
  • Manage and nurture existing referral partner relationships through regular touchpoints including monthly check-ins quarterly events appreciation visits and Senior Helpershosted events to deepen and strengthen partnerships.
  • Provide timely and consistent follow-up on outreach meetings referrals and warm leads.
  • Serve as a trusted partner and resource for referral sources by understanding their needs and aligning solutions.
  • Represent Senior Helpers at industry conferences trade shows and community events.
  • Actively participate in professional networking events both industry-specific and general community-based to expand referral networks.
  • Deliver engaging tailored presentations to residents staff and referral partners to showcase the value of our services.
  • Document all outreach activities meetings and follow-ups in the CRM system to ensure accurate pipeline tracking.
  • Weekly report on activity progress successes and challenges
  • Work with marketing to maximize the impact of outreach and event efforts by providing timely content photos and insights for social media and PR.
  • Working with the Director of Strategic Partnerships collaborate with Marketing to develop fresh relevant content to support recurring outreach hosted events and monthly touch-points.

Work Environment:

This role combines office-based work with regular travel throughout the assigned territory. Expect a balance of time spent in the office (for planning follow-up and CRM management) and in the field (for meetings events and relationship-building activities).

Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience ideally in healthcare senior living medical supplies or related fields.
  • Established relationships within the senior care ecosystem or the ability and drive to quickly build them.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
  • Results-driven and competitive motivated by achievement and committed to delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Warm and compassionate in approach with a genuine passion for serving seniors and their families.
  • Valid drivers license reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.
