We are currently hiring for an Executive Director of Commercial Banking located in our downtown Salt Lake City UT location.

  • Responsible for leading and managing the commercial banking division focusing on developing strategic initiatives to drive growth and profitability.
  • Oversees a team of banking professionals fostering relationships with clients and ensures the delivery of exceptional banking services.
  • Manages solicits and develops corporate banking throughout the state.
  • Monitors portfolio risk.
  • Generates deposits and fee income.
  • Approves and makes recommendations for the approval of loans.
  • Establishes and monitors performance objectives for the state.
  • Negotiates highly complex loans and resolves more complicated credit issues.
  • Other duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Requires a high school degree with a Bachelors degree preferred and 12 years of experience in lending credit or banking and management experience or other directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
  • Requires an extensive in-depth knowledge of commercial banking services or related fields and the ability to apply that information to the current role.
  • Ability to create authorize changes develop and revise policies procedures.
  • Consistently utilizes in-depth knowledge of specific function to guide and direct managers and teams in the design and development of broad creative and resourceful programs and procedures.
  • Applies highly advanced concepts in decision-making and problem-solving activities.
