Responsibilities
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations and staff management
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and policies
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient medication therapy
- Manage inventory and procurement of pharmaceuticals
- Develop and implement pharmacy protocols and procedures
- Monitor and evaluate pharmacy services and performance
- Provide education and training to pharmacy staff
- Address and resolve medication-related issues and inquiries
Requirements
- UT Pharmacy license (or the ability to obtain prior to starting)
- Bachelors degree in Pharmacy
- Doctorate in Pharmacy preferred
