Are you a quality-focused technical leader with a strong background in food manufacturing GMP and HACCP systems
Were looking for an experienced Technical Manager to join a growing and well established food manufacturing business at their main production site. Youll bring solid technical leadership experience in food production with strong knowledge of food safety management systems GMP HACCP and third party audits.
A strong understanding of food safety legislation regulatory compliance and customer standards is essential along with the ability to lead QA hygiene and specification functions on site.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in a Technical Manager or senior technical role within food manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of HACCP GMP BRCGS internal auditing and quality systems.
Excellent people management skills with experience leading QA hygiene and technical teams.
Confident managing audits and acting as site lead for regulatory and customer bodies.
Proactive approach with outstanding attention to detail and continuous improvement mindset.
