About this role
As a Senior Technical Program Manager at Fam you will own and drive complex cross-functional programs that sit at the intersection of product engineering risk compliance and business. You will play a critical role in scaling Fams fintech platform by delivering high-impact initiatives end-to-endright from problem definition and roadmap planning to execution and launch. This role is delivery-centric deeply technical and highly collaborative. You will work closely with senior engineering leaders product managers and business stakeholders to ship reliable secure and scalable fintech products while continuously improving speed cost efficiency and operational excellence.
On the Job
- Program Ownership & Delivery- Own end-to-end delivery of large cross-functional programs across product engineering risk compliance operations and external partners. Drive program planning roadmap definition dependency management execution tracking and launch readiness. Ensure programs are delivered on time within scope and aligned to business priorities.
- Strategic & Business Impact- Lead strategic initiatives focused on reducing time-to-market improving platform scalability and optimizing cost across engineering and operations. Partner with leadership to prioritize initiatives based on business objectives regulatory needs and customer impact. Balance tactical execution with long-term platform and architectural thinking.
- Technical Leadership- Act as a technical problem solver unblocking teams by driving consensus identifying innovative solutions and making sound trade-off decisions. Work closely with engineering teams on system design architecture reviews and technical execution. Translate business and regulatory requirements into clear technical plans.
- Stakeholder Management- Collaborate with senior business and engineering leadership to define program goals success metrics and execution plans. Provide clear data-driven program updates to leadership highlighting risks dependencies and mitigation strategies. Coordinate across multiple teams to ensure alignment and smooth releases.
- Process & Execution Excellence - Define and improve program management processes release mechanisms and execution frameworks as FamPay scales. Own risk management issue tracking change management and post-launch retrospectives. Drive a strong culture of accountability transparency and execution rigor.
Must-haves (Min. qualifications)
- 7 years of experience working directly with software engineering teams.
- 5 years of experience in technical program or product management roles.
- 5 years of experience managing complex technical programs end-to-end.
- Prior experience in fintech payments banking or other regulated consumer tech platforms.
- Proven experience driving programs across cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple releases.
- Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and execution.
- Strong experience in project management disciplines including scope schedule budget quality risk and critical path management.
- Experience building scalable and sustainable execution processes in high-growth environments.
- Experience defining and tracking KPIs / SLAs and reporting program health to senior leadership.
