岗位职责
- 负责所辖区域重点客户重点客户年度合同谈判及销售管理工作
- 在公司销售策略指导下制定适应客户发展的合作方案监督跟进方案的实施与进展且对执行结果负责
- 负责所辖区域的新生意机会的开发工作并通过持续的过程管理跟踪并完成公司各项KPI推动区域内生意健康可持续发展
- 通过数据分析结合市场走访调研以Sellout管理驱动生意持续增长
- 深入了解并掌握市场动态信息根据竞争信息做出有效的零售投资策略方案
- 负责所管理客户的门店拜访和日常执行工作
任职要求
教育程度
- 大学本科或以上学历
经验和技能
- 有3年以上外企零售管理工作经验优先
- 快速学习能力/数据思维及数据分析能力/良好的沟通协调能力/自驱力/责任心/韧性和抗压能力
- 能适应出差并服从公司安排
- 熟练使用wordexcelPPT等办公软件;
- 良好的英文读写能力
