Job Description

工作职责

1. 分析分管产品的市场销售趋势为销售团队制定销售指标提供参考依据
2. 制定分管产品的市场推广策略及具体行动计划提高分管产品的市场价值
3. 组织实施分管产品的市场推广计划并跟踪计划执行的有效性并不断优化以支持销售团队达成销售指标
4. 组织各类市场活动提高分管产品的学术形象并评估营销活动和策略的效果以不断改进推广工作
5. 制定分管产品的年度市场营销费用总体预算分配和管理市场营销费用确保对分管产品市场投入的最大产出
6. 为销售团队提供分管产品的市场竞争状况营销工具应用等相关培训提高销售团队对分管产品的了解程度
7. 根据业务策略开发清晰全面且有吸引力的市场活动以提升品牌知名度和KOL参与度
8. 监督营销材料的制作和分发确保与品牌形象和策略一致
9. 与客户和利益相关者建立强有力的关系以支持品牌目标实现

Qualifications & Skills:

本科及以上学历医学药学或市场营销专业为佳
3-8年以上医药行业市场营销相关工作经验高级产品经理8年产品经理5年产品副经理3年)有肿瘤领域相关经验
熟练使用计算机办公软件
良好的英语听说读写能力
具有较强的沟通协调能力及组织能力
