Shift Time

Shift Times Until 11/15/25: 6 AM 3 PM 11 AM 8 PM

Additional Shift from 11/16/25 - 1/11/26: 9:30 PM 6 AM shift.

Requirements:

Essential Functions

• Wash scrub polish and detail vehicles and equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance general maintenance inspections and install/repairs to the building grounds and building equipment so the business continues to run smoothly and that the physical condition does not deteriorate. This includes painting building and equipment.
• Notify manager concerning the need for major repairs.
• General maintenance duties include but are not limited to gathering and emptying trash service cleaning and supply restrooms. Clean building floors by sweeping mopping scrubbing or vacuuming also strip seal finish and polish floors. Clean windows and mirrors. Dust furniture walls fixtures and office machines. Sweep outdoor walkways trim vegetation or grass. Keep grounds free of litter and weeds.

Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities

• Ability to work independently over long periods of time within the scope of established rules and regulations.
• Ability to determine the type of tool and equipment needed to do a job
• Ability to watch gauges dials or other indicators to make sure a machine is working properly
• Ability to safely fuel and park vehicles
• Ability to identify gather and analyzes information. Exhibit sound and accurate judgement and make timely decisions.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old
