Job Summary
Essential Job Functions
- Performs plant specific detailer janitorial duties (e.g. vacuuming dusting washing wiping squeegeeing polishing and drying) on equipment machine guards hand-rails robot enclosures table guards and decorative shields glass and Plexiglas walls and machine enclosures plus corner and column connections wall framing & bracing electrical cabinets power distribution cabinets glass doors fire alarm controls cabinets surfaces of piping conduits and remote areas that collect dust and debris.
- Pass respirator physical and respirator certification (clean shaven); as needed
- Maintains a daily record of worked performed
- Assist in other cleaning during maintenance shutdowns
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
- The ability to adhere to the companys policies rules and regulations according to the employees handbook.
- General knowledge of appropriate building maintenance and janitorial duties.
- General knowledge of common hand and power tools.
- Ability to perform the physical labor required for the task. Must be able to lift 50lbs regularly.
- Clean Shaven (required for respirator certification)
- Ability to recognize safety hazards.
Schedule is Monday to Friday 5:45 am to 2:15 pm.
