Core Responsibilities & Duties Scope
Safer Recruitment: Managing the recruitment process and ensuring the Single Central Record (SCR) is 100% compliant with DfE and Ofsted regulations.
Employee Relations: Providing expert advice to Senior Leadership on performance management employment law and staff retention strategies.
Policy Development: Reviewing and updating school policies in line with current legislation and fostering a positive professional workplace culture.

Essential Requirements: CIPD qualification (Level 5) and significant HR experience preferably within the education sector.
