The Opportunity & Role Profile
This successful Enfield primary school is recruiting a strategic School Business Manager. You will work closely with the Headteacher and Governors to manage the schools non-teaching functions including finance procurement and health and safety.
Core Responsibilities & Duties Scope
Financial Oversight: Managing the school budget performing long-term financial planning and ensuring rigorous audit compliance.
Resource Management: Leading the administrative and premises teams to ensure the school operates efficiently and stays within budget.
Strategic Procurement: Negotiating contracts with external suppliers to ensure best value for money for the schools resources.
Compensation & Benefits
Essential Requirements: Strong background in finance or business management (CSBM/DSBM qualified preferred). Previous experience in school business management is highly desirable.
Salary: Excellent salary paid on the local government scale ( per annum).
