Job Summary
Were looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join TTPs IT this high-impact role its about transforming data into direction and enabling smarter more strategic decision-making across the business. Youll play a key role in evolving TTPs reporting and business intelligence capability with your work directly influencing business development strategy across the whole organisation.
Working closely with senior stakeholders youll build and maintain insightful dashboards and help shape the future of our management information systems. If youre motivated by ownership and impact you enjoy turning data into direction and ideas into action this could be the role for you.
Youll collaborate widely across the business - partnering with IT Support Business Operations Finance Marketing and more - giving you visibility across the whole organisation.
Responsibilities
- Own develop and evolve our Power BI platform making it a trusted data source.
- Build dashboards that provide insight into sales activity revenue trends and account performance.
- Translate business questions into clear data-driven insights - partnering with leaders across TTP.
- Use generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT Copilot) to:
- Automate reporting and summarise trends
- Generate ad hoc insights
- Interpret ambiguous data sets
- Support scenario modelling and commercial forecasts
- Contribute to ERP roadmap projects (NetSuite Power BI connected apps) with a focus on:
- Business Development & CRM
- Project delivery
- Finance
- Marketing
- Operations
- Capture and improve key business processes - leading change initiatives from discovery to implementation.
Qualifications :
Requirements
Essential skills:
- Strong Power BI and MS SQL skills
- A consultative approach with experience engaging with senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Experience writing user documentation and delivering training
- Ability to lead internal improvement initiatives
Desirable knowledge and experience:
- NetSuite ERP CRM or similar cloud-based ERP platform experience
- Knowledge of Power Automate Python or other data automation tools
- Experience using GenAI for data and reporting tasks
- Understanding of business process analysis
- Background in a consultancy or service-led environment
