In just 3 years weve grown from 0 to 150000 customers and influencer marketing is one of our most important growth channels going forward. Now were looking for a full-time Influencer Marketing Manager to take ownership of this channel and scale it to the next level.
Tasks
As our Influencer Marketing Manager you will own the influencer channel end-to-end from strategy to execution to optimization.
Develop and execute a clear influencer marketing strategy aligned with Skinnifys growth goals
Source recruit and manage creators across Instagram TikTok YouTube and other relevant platforms
Build and scale programs using LTK ShopMy etc.
Identify high-performing creators and turn them into long-term brand partners
Manage influencer contracts payouts tracking links and performance reporting
Collaborate closely with paid media content and creative teams
Analyze performance (ROI CPA conversions) and continuously optimize campaigns
Stay on top of influencer UGC and social commerce trends
Ensure brand alignment authenticity and compliance across all partnerships
Requirements
Proven experience in influencer marketing for DTC e-commerce brands
Hands-on experience with LTK and/or ShopMy
Strong strategic thinking - you know how to scale influencer programs profitably
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Data-driven mindset with a clear understanding of performance metrics
Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple creators and campaigns
Self-starter who takes ownership and gets things done
