About the role:
We are looking for a Senior Supply Chain Head who can build scale and lead the entire backend engine of our D2C business including warehousing logistics and inventory management.
This role will be responsible for simplifying complexity designing scalable systems and ensuring operational excellence as the business grows rapidly while maintaining strong customer experience and cost efficiency.

About the role:
We are looking for a Senior Supply Chain Head who can build scale and lead the entire backend engine of our D2C business including warehousing logistics and inventory management.
This role will be responsible for simplifying complexity designing scalable systems and ensuring operational excellence as the business grows rapidly while maintaining strong customer experience and cost efficiency.
Specifically this role will involve:
- Managing warehousing logistics fulfillment and reverse logistics
- Designing and optimizing SOPs for supply chain and dispatch
- Owning inventory forecasting stock health and reorder cycles
- Driving tech adoption across Shopify Unicommerce Gorgias and ERP tools
- Tracking KPIs such as SLAs cost per order NPS and order accuracy
- Leading and mentoring operations and logistics teams
- Ensuring legal procurement and logistics compliance
Ideal candidate will have:
- 8 12 years of D2C FMCG or e-commerce operations experience
- Proven track record of scaling supply chain systems
- Strong understanding of fulfillment inventory and 3PL management
- Data-driven and analytical approach to problem-solving
- Strong cross-functional communication skills
- Hands-on startup mindset.
Qualifications:
- Engineering or MBA degree preferred
