Experience as Scrum Master of multiple Squads
Demonstrated expertise building teams especially transitioning teams to new working methodologies
Excellent organizational skills for staying ahead of what needs done / unblocking at an executive level
Excellent communication collaboration and relationship building skills
Ability to navigate complex enterprise organizations to manage dependencies and remove blockers
Ability to identify and manage risks effectively
Strong knowledge of Jira
