Job Summary

Roles & Responsibilities :

Lead Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning Daily Scrum Reviews Retrospectives) for two development teams
Coach teams on Scrum and Agile best practices fostering self-organization and accountability
Drive Agile maturity and continuous improvement initiatives
Support Product Owners in backlog refinement prioritization and roadmap alignment
Remove impediments and proactively manage risks
Facilitate cross-team coordination in a multi-site setup (Germany India US)
Ensure transparency in metrics (velocity burn-down predictability quality indicators)
Promote DevOps and engineering best practices where applicable
Enable collaboration across hardware software and system engineering teams in the Energy domain
Guide stakeholders on Agile adoption and transformation practices

Qualifications :

Educational qualification:

B.E. / in ECE EEE CSE or equivalent

Experience :

812 years

Mandatory/requires Skills :

Strong Agile/Scrum background
Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach for multiple teams
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum Kanban SAFe or scaled Agile exposure preferred)
Experience in engineering or product development environments
Ability to manage distributed/global teams
Strong facilitation conflict resolution and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication skills (working with Germany India and US teams)

Preferred Skills :

Experience in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) or Energy domain
Exposure to embedded systems power electronics or industrial systems is an advantage
Experience in Non-Automotive industrial product development environments
