Your new role

As an Associate Business Analyst Master Data youll be the guardian of data integrity across our global supply chain operations. Working with SAP S4 HANA and supporting production sites worldwide youll ensure that every piece of master datafrom raw materials to finished productsis accurate compliant and optimized for patient impact.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Creating maintaining and deactivating master data in SAP and Winshuttle for raw materials semi-finished and finished products including Purchase Info Records Source Lists Production Versions and Master Recipes according to defined SLAs
• Managing QA approval flows and documentation processes coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant and effective master data setup in a GxP environment
• Identifying and driving process improvements by providing input to the Master Data Change Advisory Board (MD CAB) and evaluating master data quality reports
• Supporting MD Stewards and planners with regular reports ad hoc analysis and guidance on MDM process transitions and scope transfers across regions
• Handling CR-cases and deviations in NovoGlow evaluating urgency coordinating responses and implementing corrective actions within defined timelines
• Monitoring and reporting on master data performance KPIs actively participating in daily stand-up meetings and taking ownership when targets arent met
• Training and onboarding new team members through comprehensive theoretical and hands-on training programs providing hypercare support and fostering an inclusive workplace

The Supply Chain team provides robust and reliable supply chain planning and operations in close cooperation across our global organisation. Using data and technology we help establish operations across geographies develop market insights and manage master data operations. As a partner to the global organisation we enable logistics and distribution with a key focus on ensuring access to our products reaches patients when and where they need them.

Your skills & qualifications

Were looking for a data-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced highly regulated environment. Youll bring with you:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Systems Engineering Business Life Sciences or related field from a well-recognized institution with a strong academic track record
• 5 years of experience in master data management within a GxP environment preferably in pharmaceutical or supply chain operations
• Proven expertise in SAP ECC and SAP S4 HANA with experience in MDG and Winshuttle being highly advantageous
• Hands-on experience managing end-to-end master data processes from creation to deactivation for finished products semi-finished products (bulk) raw materials and packaging materials
• Strong Excel skills and ability to leverage data visualization tools (e.g. PowerBI) to generate actionable insights
• Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships and influence diverse stakeholders across organizational boundaries to drive expected outcomes.
