JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Product Manager to lead the strategy delivery and enterprise adoption of AIenabled workplace and collaboration technologies with a core focus on the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and Microsoft Copilot. Sitting within the Infrastructure organization this role drives secure scalable and usercentric digital experiences for the firm. The ideal candidate blends strong product ownership applied AI experience and enterprise change leadershipensuring collaboration tools are not only deployed but widely adopted and delivering measurable business value.

KEY RESPONSINILITIES:

Own the endtoend product vision strategy and roadmap for workplace and collaboration technologies particularly Microsoft 365 and Copilot capabilities.
Identify opportunities to enhance productivity through AIdriven use cases while ensuring compliance with governance Responsible AI principles and regulatory requirements.
Lead crossfunctional product delivery including backlog management prioritization dependency tracking and coordination with engineering security compliance and vendor teams.
Drive the execution of product releases and ensure seamless integration across the digital workplace ecosystem.
Develop validate and scale AIenabled scenarios across Microsoft 365 balancing innovation with risk management and data privacy.
Partner with engineering and security teams to ensure AI features are safe compliant and technically sound.
Define and track KPIs for adoption performance user satisfaction and ROI.
Lead enterpriselevel change and adoption programsincluding communications training enablement and stakeholder engagementto ensure sustained usage and measurable impact.

Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
35 years as a Digital Product Manager Product Owner or similar role in a large enterprise environment.
Handson ownership of Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms (Teams SharePoint OneDrive Viva); Microsoft Copilot strongly preferred.
1 year of applied AI / GenAI product experience ideally involving enterprise productivity or collaboration tools.
Strong understanding of SDLC including delivery execution backlog management and crossfunctional governance.
Demonstrated success leading organizational change communications and technology adoption at scale.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience with Generative AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot ChatGPT Enterprise Gemini or comparable enterprise tools.
Familiarity with Responsible AI AI governance and data privacy frameworks.
Prior experience in financial services or capital markets.
Strong executivelevel communication skills and ability to operate confidently with senior stakeholders.
