FIX TERM (12 Months) FULL-TIME CONTRACT

Salary: 35609- 54914 (*LSI)
*Salary subject to Relevant Public Sector Experience and pro-rated for hours of work.

Essential:
Minimum 2 years experience working in a HR or Admin Department
Previous Health Sector/Public Sector experience is desirable
Communicates clearly effectively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders
Proven track record of managing high volumes of HR Administrative activity
Ability to prioritise workloads and work to tight deadlines
Excellent attention to detail administration and organisational skills
Ability to be flexible and innovative in your role
Self-motivated with ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as on own initiative
Evidence of continuous professional development
Applicants should possess Level 1 behavioural competencies of AVISTA competency framework
