Key Responsibilities
Sales & Commercial Performance:
- Drive store performance by achieving and exceeding sales targets & KPIs.
- Review sales reports to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Ensure an engaging shopping experience that enhances customer loyalty.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead coach and inspire a team to deliver high standards of service and performance.
- Create a positive and motivating work environment that fosters growth.
- Identify training and development opportunities for staff progression.
Customer Experience & Brand Representation:
- Ensure exceptional customer service aligning with brand values and expectations.
- Lead by example in delivering a personalised and engaging customer journey.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve escalations efficiently.
Operations & Store Standards:
- Manage all aspects of store operations including stock control visual merchandising and compliance.
- Oversee inventory management to minimize stock loss and maximize product availability.
- Ensure the store is well-presented clean and aligned with brand guidelines.
People & Performance Management:
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Develop a strong team culture through clear communication and collaboration.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and health & safety standards.
