Were a busy and rapidly growing flower shop in Los Angeles gearing up for the week of Valentines Day one of the biggest and most exciting moments of the year in the floral world.
Were looking for energetic reliable and hard-working shop assistants to join our team and help us create an unforgettable experience for our customers.
This is a great opportunity to learn the floral industry from the inside out while working closely with our design team and shop managers.
What Youll Be Doing
This role is physically demanding and perfect for someone who enjoys staying active and working in a fast-paced environment.
Your responsibilities include:
Constant lifting (up to 50 lbs) and moving flowers buckets arrangements and larger shop items
Processing floral product and preparing items according to company standards
High-volume restocking of supplies vases and glassware
Maintaining store cleanliness shop floor storefront cooler bathrooms and parking lot
Working hand-in-hand with our design team to ensure everything is prepped organized and ready for production
Supporting day-of operations to keep the shop running smoothly during one of the busiest floral holidays of the year
