Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Application Production Support professionalto act as an IT Domain Expertresponsible for supporting operating and evolving critical applications andinfrastructure used by business streams in a complex enterprise environment.

This role requires strong ownership of systemsdeep technical troubleshooting skills and the ability to manage incidentschanges and lifecycle activities while ensuring stability security andlong-term sustainability of IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact forIT Production topics supporting end-users developers and business analysts;

Manage and resolve incidents service requests problemsand changes using ITSM tools ensuring SLA compliance;

Monitor infrastructure and application layersapplying IT best practicessecurity guidelines and operational standards;

Prepare and support release activitiesincluding environment readiness and pre-production testing;

Ensure effective communication with internalstakeholders and availability for on-callsupport when required;

Own and manage the full lifecycle of IT solutionsfrom integration and industrialization to continuous improvement;

Evaluate risks ensure system viability andcontribute to long-term platform sustainability.

StrongSQL skills across one or more platforms: Microsoft SQL Server Oracle PostgreSQLSybase;

Solid experience with Operating Systems:

o Windows/ Windows Server

o Linux/ RHEL

o UNIX/ AIX

Experience with File Transfer technologies:

o CFTMQ FTaaS FTP SFTP PeSIT

Experience with Automation and Monitoring toolsincluding:

o Batchprocessing

o Autosys

o Ansible

o Dynatrace

o DevOps/ SecDevOps concepts

o Infrastructureas Code (IaC)

Strong background in Application Production Support (APS)environments.

Additional TechnicalKnowledge (Highly Valued)

Banking or financial services environment;

Networking concepts: LAN VPN LDAP Active Directory;

Security and encryption: PGP GPG TLS/SSL SSH PKICertificates SAST/DAST;

Infrastructure concepts: DMZ / dMZR Virtual Machines LoadBalancers Firewalls;

Cloud platforms: IaaS PaaS SaaS;

Service Management & Agile tools: ServiceNow JIRA ITSM frameworks.
