Key Responsibilities:
- Data Input & Management: Accurately enter and update data from paper documents online sources or dictation into databases spreadsheets and other systems.
- Data Verification: Review verify and cross-check information for errors inconsistencies or discrepancies correcting them as needed.
- Record Keeping: Organize file and maintain digital and physical records for easy retrieval and storage.
- Reporting: Generate data reports summaries and spreadsheets for management and other authorized personnel.
- Security & Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with integrity adhering to data protection policies and performing regular data backups.
- Collaboration: Work with other teams to resolve data-related issues and improve processes.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk/Operator.
- High typing speed and accuracy.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel Word) and familiarity with databases/data entry software.
- Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Basic research skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
