Role Overview:
Were looking for a proactive HR Generalist to support and enhance our human resource operations. The ideal candidate will handle everything from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and HR compliance playing a vital role in shaping a strong workplace culture.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process
- Maintain HR records and employee files
- Handle employee queries
- Support payroll coordination and leave management
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date
Must Have
- Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or related field
- 13 years of experience in a similar HR role
- Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Nice to have
- Experience with Odoo HR module or any ERP-based HR system
- Exposure to tech/startup work environments
- Basic understanding of payroll and compensation structures
- Good content writing skills for HR policies emails and internal communication
