About the Role

Were looking for a sharp organized and proactive Program Managerto join the Customer Success Mid-Market (CSM MM) Team. This is a unique opportunity to work on high-impact projects that drive operational efficiency merchant success and strategic execution across one of Razorpays fastest-growing segments.

As a part of the CSM MM team youll work closely with Customer Success Managers and cross-functional teams to build frameworks monitor key metrics and help orchestrate smooth execution of internal and merchant-facing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the design execution and tracking of key programs and initiatives across the CSM MM portfolio (e.g. onboarding workflows merchant re-engagement programs PPC frameworks).

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. Product Sales Analytics) to collect data gather inputs and prepare insightful reports for leadership.

  • Create dashboards trackers and documentation that help improve visibility and accountability across ongoing initiatives.

  • Identify bottlenecks process gaps and operational inefficienciesand propose structured solutions.

  • Assist in planning and coordination of internal reviews OKR tracking and merchant success frameworks.

  • Help organize merchant NPS feedback loops and create summaries for actionable insights.

What Were Looking For

  • Strong interest in Customer Success Strategy and Program Management within a fast-paced high-growth tech environment.
  • Excellent communication documentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets Slides and basic project tracking tools
  • A proactive attitude structured thinking and ability to manage multiple moving pieces with attention to detail.
