Were looking for an experienced video production professional that has a passion and talent for producing exceptional podcasts! You will be the creative mind behind the ongoing success and future growth of these podcasts.

The Opportunity

You will play a key role in supporting the ongoing production of the audio and video elements of a high production value podcast and collaborate closely with hosts and guests to deliver a smooth experience and professional production environment. This is a permanent ongoing position giving the opportunity to contribute to the creative direction and mold the production process as the podcast grows.

Your Responsibilities

Record and edit long form episodes for release on video and audio platforms
Welcome podcast guests assist with the setup and launch logistics and technical calibration for recording
Booking guests and researching podcast topics to generate quality content ideas and engage listeners/viewers
Provide input on studio setup equipment and studio design to optimise quality of recordings
Market the podcast through short form content and audience engagement across multiple media platforms
Ongoing production support handling technical issues and logistics related to the podcast

Your Experience & Abilities

You will have experience and talent in audio mixing/video editing for podcasts or similar long form web content at a polished professional level
Experienced with setup of recording environments including preparing subjects and technical setup and monitoring of recording during the podcast
Talent for creating engaging stories and highlighting humor and interest points through editing
Experienced in creating social media content for podcast promotion and driving engagement and views to targeted audiences
Experience advising on studio setup recording/editing equipment and streamlining production workflows
Ability to communicate at a high level and operate at pace while remaining detail focused highly organised and successfully managing multiple competing priorities at once.
